Hi, my name is Brett Wall. I work at the Putnam County Library for a woman named Megan Tarbett, who is the director. I've been here for seven years, starting when I was 17. I previously attended West Virginia State University and Southern New Hampshire University. Unfortunately, due to various events, I was never able to obtain a degree. Recently I heard about a new library program starting in West Virginia and I wanted to find out what steps I needed to take to become qualified to attend those courses.
