Hello,
I am a senior in my late sixties and I am seeking my first bachelors degree through Marshall's Regents program. I do have a few AAS degrees that I earned many years ago, in which I exhausted all my Pell grants. The only option Marshall financial aid can offer me is loans which I don't want to take out at my age. Marshall does offer a 50% off their own tuition, but they said it does not apply to WV Rocks program.
Can you please tell me if WV Rocks offer any type of senior discount?
