WVROCKS was launched in 2012 as a means for students in the 4-year Regent’s Bachelor of Arts degree-completion program to take advantage of online courses to help them complete their programs. Since then, courses have been made available to students in the 2-year Board of Governor’s Associate in Applied Science degree-completion programs. Over the 10 years since its inception, WVROCKS has delivered courses to over 17,000 learners and maintains an 90% pass rate and an 96% completion rate.  On the horizon, WVROCKS classes will be available to all college-level students at West Virginia institutions in the future.
