Alex Keefover
Instructional Designer
Alex lives in his hometown of Pleasant Valley, W.V. As the instructional designer for WVROCKS, his primary duty is to work with instructors to design, build, and revise courses. He also helps manage technology systems, assists in implementing students' accommodations, provides technical support through the helpdesk, and assists in the onboarding process of new instructors. His favorite part of his job is creating engaging and fun learning experiences for students. He holds a B.S. with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science, as well as an M.Ed. majoring in Digital Media, New Literacies & Learning. Currently, he is working on an Ed.D in Instructional Design & Technology. When he is not working or studying, he enjoys playing with his retired service dog, watching t.v., hanging out with friends & family, and playing video games.
